Warranty Policy — Super-Clone

Term & Scope

  • 12-24-month movement warranty from delivery date.

  • Covers manufacturing defects and movement faults (e.g., unstable amplitude, abnormal beat error, failure to wind/hold power).

  • Remedy is repair or replacement of the movement or watch at our discretion (technician/manufacturer decision).

What’s Covered

  • Movement failure or abnormal timekeeping beyond practical spec (target ≈ −4/+6 s/day after regulation).

  • Factory assembly faults affecting function (keyless issues, crown/stem coupling, hands rubbing, date mechanism faults).

  • Sealing defects detected during our checks (DOA only).

What’s Not Covered

  • Wear & tear: micro-scratches, strap aging, plating fade, lume tone changes, bezel insert dings.

  • Water misuse: crown not secured, hot water/sauna/steam, submersion of non-divers, impacts to crystal/caseback.

  • User damage: drops, shocks, chemical exposure, strong magnet fields.

  • Third-party work/mods: any opening, regulation, polishing, or parts swap by others voids warranty.

  • Cosmetic variance: minor tolerance differences within spec; color/brightness differences due to screens/lighting.

  • Shipping/customs delays or buyer’s refusal to pay duties.
     

DOA Window (on arrival)

  • If something is wrong on delivery, notify us within 48 hours with a continuous unboxing video + photos. We’ll repair/replace after inspection.
     

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Include order ID, clear video/photos showing the fault (time grapher clip if possible).

  2. Our Team will get in touch with Instructions.

  3. Ship tracked/insured to the service address. Pack in original box with all accessories.

  4. Inspection & remedy: technician verifies the fault → repair or swap the movement/watch. If your exact model is discontinued, choose an equal-value alternative.
     

Turnaround & Shipping
 

  • Typical workshop time: 10–15 business days after the watch is received (subject to parts availability).

  • Inbound shipping to us: customer pays.

  • Return shipping back to you: we pay if the fault is confirmed.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and tied to your order ID.
     

Transparency
 

  • We send a personalized video of your exact watch before shipping. You receive the exact item or an agreed upgrade.
