Refund & Exchange Policy — Super-Clone

Summary

  • No returns. No refunds.

  • Exchange only if the item is wrong (not the model/configuration you approved) or faulty on arrival.

  • We share a personalized video of your exact watch before shipping to confirm model, condition, and function.

Eligibility for exchange

  1. Wrong item received (doesn’t match your approval video/spec).

  2. Fault on arrival (functional defect shown within 48 hours of delivery).

    • Must provide: continuous unboxing video, clear photos/video of the issue, and order details.

    • Watch must be unused, protective films intact, no scratches/tool marks, no strap wear.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse / sizing preference changes.

  • Minor tolerance differences within spec (e.g., regulation around −4/+6 s/day).

  • Color/brightness variations due to screens/lighting; normal lume/AR variance.

  • Water ingress from misuse (crown not secured, sauna/hot water, non-diver submersion).

  • Shipping delays, customs holds, refusal to pay duties/taxes.

  • Any wear, modification, or third-party opening before our inspection.

How to request an exchange (within 48 hours of delivery)

  1. Send: order ID, unboxing video, proof of fault/wrong item, and photos.

  2. Our shipping team will get in touch with instructions.

  3. Ship back tracked/insured as “Defective Watch — Return to Manufacturer”.

  4. Inspection by our technicians: if confirmed, we repair or exchange for the same model; if that exact model is unavailable, we offer an equal-value alternative (your choice).

    • No cash refunds under any circumstance.

Shipping costs

  • You cover return shipping to our service hub.

  • If the issue is confirmed, we cover the outbound shipping of the repaired/replacement unit.

Duties & taxes

  • Export is handled by us; import duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility in all cases (including exchanges).

Packaging

  • Items must return in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and films.

Abuse prevention

  • Parcels sent back without an instructions or with signs of wear/tampering will be rejected.
