Shipping Policy — Super-Clone

1) How dispatch works

  • Video approval first. We send a personalized video of your exact watch (or agreed upgrade). You confirm; we ship.

  • Dispatch window: 24–72 hours after your approval (business days).

  • Carriers: DHL / FedEx / UPS / Aramex (EMS as fallback for remote zones).

  • Packaging: discreet, impact-proof; no brand names on the outside.

2) Delivery estimates (business days)

These are typical, not promises—customs and local couriers can add time.

  • Asia: 4–8

  • EU / UK: 7–12

  • USA / Canada: 7–14

  • Middle East: 4–8

  • LATAM / Africa / remote islands: 7–14+

    Tracking appears 6–24 hours after pickup. If your number shows “label created,” it’s normal—wait for first scan.

3) Duties, taxes & import
 

  • We handle export; you handle import clearance, duties, and VAT in your country (Incoterms DAP).

  • On request, we can declare as an accessory with a modest value to reduce scrutiny where lawful. If you need full-value declaration for insurance, say so before dispatch.

  • Customs holds are outside our control; we’ll assist with documents if needed.

     

4) Address, reroutes & signatures
 

  • Provide a complete name, phone, and address (no PO boxes where couriers disallow).

  • Address changes only before dispatch. After dispatch, reroutes may incur a carrier fee.

  • Signature on delivery by default. If you waive signature, risk shifts to you.

     

5) Lost, delayed, or returned parcels

  • Unclaimed / wrong address / refused delivery: when the parcel returns, you pay re-ship costs. No refunds.

  • Customs rejection: we’ll advise options (re-ship via different route or store credit). No cash refunds.

     

6) Damage on arrival (DOA)
 

  • Inspect on delivery. If there’s shipping damage, contact us within 12 hours with unboxing video/photos.

  • We’ll arrange repair or replacement after verification. Cosmetic box dents ≠ DOA.

     

7) Testing before shipping (what we actually do)
 

  • Case/dial alignment, bracelet sizing, gasket refresh where needed.

  • Timegrapher regulation to practical daily wear (−4/+6 s/day target).

  • 72-hour leak check (non-divers). Divers get a pressure test to the stated rating.

     

8) Split & pre-orders
 

  • Multi-item orders may ship separately to keep lead times short.

  • Pre-orders ship when the batch is ready; we’ll update you by email/Telegram.

     

9) Service areas & exclusions
 

  • We ship worldwide except embargoed/sanctioned destinations and addresses carriers refuse (certain PO boxes, military zones, etc.). Ask if unsure.
