Our 6-Stage Method
Blueprint capture

We digitize the target reference (case geometry, dial layout, hand stack) into CAD. Tolerances are set to ≤0.02 mm for consistent fit across parts.
Case & bezel machining

Components are cut on modern CNC/EDM lines from 904L steel or grade-5 titanium; ceramic or gold-wrapped parts are added per model. Edges are finished for clean transitions and repeatable gasket seating.
Dial, hands, and crystal

Indices and typefaces are matched for scale and spacing; crystals use sapphire with internal AR for legibility. Swiss Super-LumiNova® is applied for even night visibility.
Movement selection & regulation

Builds ship with 1:1 superclone or Swiss-movement options, adjusted across positions to −4/+6 s/day. Timing, amplitude, and beat error are recorded in the QC log.
Sealing, shielding, and testing

Gaskets are replaced at assembly; crowns are checked for thread engagement. Non-divers undergo a 72-hour leak check; dive models get a pressure test to their stated depth. Anti-magnetic protection is added where the reference calls for it.
Final verification (you approve it)

We shoot a bespoke video of your watch—dial alignment, bezel action, timegrapher clip, bracelet fit—so you confirm the piece before dispatch.
